Job description
The Role
As a Product Portfolio, Data & Analytics Specialist reporting to the Sr Director, Product Portfolio Operations & Transformation, you will operate at the intersection of strategy, business, technology, and analytics. You will build and run the engine behind the Financial Technology division’s capital allocation process and decisions, translating complex portfolio and financial data into strategic insights and clear business recommendations. You will own the data workflows and analytics that turn our investment portfolio into a comparable and decision-ready view, partnering closely with Finance, Product Strategy, and Product Engineering to support well-informed and structured capital allocation decisions.
You will thrive in this position if you are equally comfortable working with financial models, data and analytics, and strategic business questions. This is not a purely technical role: you will be expected to connect analysis with business context, identify strategic implications, and communicate actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders. You care about accuracy and traceability, enjoy building processes and dashboards that leaders use to make decisions, and bring either practical experience with AI or a strong and genuine interest in applying it to portfolio analysis and decision-making.
