Principal Data & AI Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly motivated Principal Data & AI Solution Architect to support solution sales activities and delivery operations in Singapore. The role will work closely with sales, delivery, technology office, partners, and customers to develop innovative Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions that address business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will need to combine strong technical delivery expertise with good pre-sales consulting knowledge and communication skills to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement

•     Engage customers together with technology office to understand business priorities, challenges, and transformation objectives.

•     Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and executive briefings.

•     Translate business requirements into Data & AI solution architectures and roadmaps.

•     Plan, implement and deliver Data & AI business solution projects.

Solution Design

•     Design and deliver end-to-end solutions across:

o     Data Platforms

o     Data Warehousing & Lakehouse

o     Data Engineering

o     Business Intelligence & Analytics

o     Machine Learning

o     Generative AI & AI Agents

o     AI Applications Development

•     Develop solution architectures, reference architectures, and technical blueprints.

•     Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, scalability, and governance requirements.

 

Pre-Sales & Delivery

•     Support account teams in opportunity qualification and pursuit strategies.

•     Develop proposals, statements of work, and response documents for RFPs/RFIs.

•     Deliver solution presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts.

•     Create business cases showing ROI, value realization, and transformation outcomes.

•     Support contract negotiations and solution costing.

•     Lead delivery excellence in Data & AI projects to customers.

 

AI & Innovation

•     Lead customer discussions on AI strategy and adoption roadmaps.

•     Demonstrate Generative AI use cases and industry-specific solutions.

•     Develop AI transformation workshops and executive visioning sessions.

•     Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

 

Partner Ecosystem

•     Collaborate with hyperscalers and technology partners such as:

o     Microsoft Azure

o     AWS

o     Databricks

o     OpenAI

o     Anthropic

o     NVIDIA

o     Palantir

•            Develop joint go-to-market initiatives and solution offerings.

 

Required Qualifications:

Education

•            Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.

 

Experience

•            8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, AI, or Cloud Application solutions,

•            3+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales, consulting, or solution architecture role,

•            Proven experience leading technical discussions with enterprise customers,

•            Experience in implementing and delivering enterprise Data & AI solutions,

•            Data analytics related skills is a must (SQL, R or Python-Statistical Programming, data visualization, machine learning),

•            Deep Learning Programming knowledge preferred,

•            Experience in leading technical delivery team
