We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Principal Machine Learning Developer to design and deliver intelligent, distributed systems that power large-scale AI and large language model (LLM) capabilities. Description
As a key member of our fast-moving team, you will have the unique opportunity to define and execute the vision for AI and LLM-based systems at scale. We are looking for someone with exceptional programming expertise, deep distributed systems knowledge, and the curiosity and grit to tackle complex, ambiguous challenges. You will work across a diverse technology stack, collaborate closely with engineers and product leaders, and help set the technical direction for AI initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilitie

• Architect, design, and implement production systems in Go, Java and Python (full-stack experience a plus)
• Build and optimize backend services, databases, APIs, and LLM infrastructure
• Leverage technologies such as Kafka, Postgres, Hana, gRPC, and advanced LLM framework
• Mentor and guide engineers from junior to senior levels, fostering technical excellence
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into scalable, high-impact solutions

 

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field, with strong programming expertis
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex systems
• Proven ability to work independently and lead initiatives from idea to deployment
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML and/or LLM systems in a production environment
• Expertise in distributed systems design and implementation
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices
• Strong English communication skills and ability to thrive in global, multicultural teams

• Open-source contributions or significant personal technical projects
• Experience integrating AI capabilities into large-scale enterprise products
• Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative, results-oriented minds

Principales responsabilités

• Conçoit et met en œuvre des systèmes de production dans Go, Java et Python (une expérience full-stack est un atout)
• Développe et optimise les services dorsaux, les bases de données, les API et l’infrastructure LLM
• Exploite des technologies telles que Kafka, Postgres, HANA, gRPC et les frameworks LLM avancés
• Conseille et oriente les ingénieurs débutants et expérimentés pour les aider à atteindre l’excellence technique
• Collabore avec des équipes transversales pour traduire les objectifs métier en solutions évolutives à fort impact

 

Qualifications minimales

• Baccalauréat en informatique, mathématiques, physique ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une solide expertise en programmation
• Plus de 10 ans d’expérience en génie logiciel, avec une expérience avérée dans la mise en œuvre de systèmes complexes
• Capacité avérée à travailler de façon autonome et à mener à bien des projets, de la conception au déploiement
• Expérience pratique des systèmes d’IA/ML et/ou LLM dans un environnement de production
• Expertise dans la conception et l’implémentation de systèmes distribués
• Bonne connaissance des pipelines d’intégration et de livraison continues (CI/CD) et des pratiques de développement modernes
• Excellente aptitude à communiquer en anglais et capacité à évoluer au sein d’équipes internationales et multiculturelles

 

Qualifications souhaitées

• Contribution à des projets open source ou réalisation de projets techniques personnels significatifs
• Expérience dans l’intégration de fonctionnalités d’IA à des produits d’entreprise à grande échelle
• Solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et approche itérative axée sur les résultats
