This role works with IT, data teams, process owners, and business stakeholders to model processes, analyze process data, and translate business rules that support process improvement and operational decision-making.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">What you will do</H2> </div><div><p>- Apply BPM methodology to document, analyze, and improve business processes.<br>- Create and maintain process models, process maps, workflows, business rules, and related documentation.<br>- Analyze process data, validate data quality, identify inconsistencies, and support issue resolution.<br>- Translate business rules and process requirements into process rules, data requirements, or platform configurations.<br>- Support process mining activities, including data extraction, transformation, integration, and data dictionary maintenance.<br>- Merge, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using SQL, ETL tools, Python, or similar methods.<br>- Identify process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework, exceptions, and optimization opportunities.<br>- Collaborate with global IT, data, and business teams to support process modeling and analytics initiatives.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">About you</H2> </div><div><p>Skills and Qualifications </p> <p>- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or related field.<br>- 3–5 years of experience in process modeling, BPM methodology, process mining, data analysis, data engineering, or related fields.<br>- Hands-on experience or practical exposure to Celonis and/or SAP Signavio BPM/process modeling tools and familiar with process modeling concept.<br>- Working knowledge of process mining concepts such as event logs, cases, activities, timestamps, variants, bottlenecks, and rework.<br>- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and analysis.<br>- Familiarity with ETL processes, data integration, and scripting languages such as Python.<br>- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br>- Strong English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global technical and business teams.<br>- Ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications/ Experience</strong></p> <p> </p> <p>- Knowledge of business processes such as Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report, or Master Data Management.<br>- Experience with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP HANA, or other enterprise systems.<br>- Experience creating data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, process mining event logs, or dashboard requirements.<br>- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or other analytics tools.<br>- Certification or training in BPMN, BPM methodology, process mining, Celonis, SAP Signavio, SQL, Python, or data engineering.<br>- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, IT project delivery, or global transformation programs.</p> <p> </p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Functional Skills</H2> </div><div><div>Data Visualization</div><div>Data Modeling</div><div>Applied Software Engineering for Data</div><div>Data Integration</div><div>Data Management</div></div></div></div><p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:11.0px">Nothing herein is intended to override the corporate separateness of local entities.
