Are You Ready to Make It Happen at Mondelēz International?

Join our Mission to Lead the Future of Snacking. Make It Matter.

The role combines hands-on analytical execution, data governance support, and operational enablement to improve data quality, generate actionable insights, and contribute to digital and analytics transformation initiatives within Procurement.

Initially, the role will focus on supporting the AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) region, building deep expertise in regional procurement data, analytics needs, and governance requirements. As the role evolves, the scope will expand to support additional regions and broader global Procurement analytics needs.
Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, and external partners, the role ensures that procurement data is trusted, accessible, and effectively leveraged to deliver business value.

How you will contribute

Data Analytics & Insights

  • Develop and deliver analytics, reports, and insights to support Procurement decision-making and operational performance, with an initial focus on the AMEA region. Leverage global data analytics tools (e.g., Sievo) and support the continuous development of these platforms to reflect the specific needs and priorities of the AMEA region.
  • Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Apply statistical analysis, data modelling, visualization, and business intelligence techniques to support business objectives.
  • Translate analytical findings into clear, concise business recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement through automation, simplification, and optimization of analytics processes and reporting.

Data Science & Digital Enablement

  • Contribute to the development and deployment of advanced analytics, predictive models, and digital solutions within Procurement.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to identify and implement analytics use cases and scalable data solutions.
  • Leverage approved MDLZ analytics and data science tools to improve decision support, operational effectiveness, and productivity.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Procurement analytics capabilities, tools, and ways of working.

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Support the implementation and adoption of enterprise data governance standards within Procurement, initially for the AMEA region.
  • Assist in defining and maintaining business definitions, data quality rules, and governance documentation aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Partner with Data Owners, Data Stewards, business stakeholders, and technical teams to improve data quality and governance maturity.
  • Monitor data quality controls, validation processes, and governance metrics.
  • Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of data catalogues, business glossaries, and governance processes.
  • Support stakeholder engagement, governance adoption, and awareness across Procurement teams.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into analytics and data solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal analytics teams, technology partners, and external providers to support value delivery.
  • Assist in providing training and enablement to Procurement users on analytics tools, data usage, and governance practices.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities related to analytics and data initiatives.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience and knowledge in:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Solid experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data governance, or data science roles.
  • Experience working within Procurement, Supply Chain, or other related business functions is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and enterprise data frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data platforms, data catalogues, or governance tools such as Ataccama, Collibra, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with complex datasets and business challenges.
  • Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, matrixed, and global environments.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation, ERP, or enterprise data initiatives is considered an advantage.
