* Translating engineering intent into manufacturable item structures by converting material definitions into different levels’ goods, Wafers, CP programs, dices, assemblies, pre & finished goods; validating attribute completeness (form/fit/function, revision control, traceability fields, and subcon applicability).
* Partnering with Engineers to transform materials into assorted targeting-type items and finished SKUs, maintaining accurate data configuration in E2OpenSerus and transfer into SAP.
* Partnering with IT, subcontractors, and application companies to generate and maintain I/O links and other objects, ensuring data integrity, detailed execution, and completing improvements.
* Recording production flows, processes, procedures, and changes, and actively gathering teams’ permissions, preparing bill of material, updating yield, bin fraction, and test time forecasts in E2OpenSerus together with manual deviations in the PLM Application.
* Analyzing data systems and processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, recommending and successfully implementing process improvements to ensure data system adaptability.
