VPU Context: The World Bank Group’s (WBG) Ethics and Internal Justice Services Vice Presidency (EIJ) brings together, under a single umbrella, the WBG’s approach to values, ethics and the resolution of workplace conflict. EIJ’s vision is to foster a values-based workplace culture and help staff uphold the WBG’s ethical standards. EIJ provides an integrated, empathetic and efficient approach to resolving workplace conflict, allowing staff to focus with urgency on the WBG’s mission. EIJ’s work covers each of the five WBG institutions. https://www.worldbank.org/en/about/unit/ethics-and-internal-justice-services Unit Context: The incumbent will play a key role in managing the RWA learning sessions, coordinating the delivery of the RWA “Case of the Month” and developing program content, preparing reports and communications materials, and supporting overall program administration. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in project and learning event management, preferably within a conflict resolution or related environment. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential. The role requires sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and highly confidential environment. The Program Analyst will report to the Head of EIJCS and will be based at the WBG Headquarters in Washington, DC. Duties and Responsibilities: · Design, coordinate, deliver, and track monthly learning sessions for RWAs across multiple time zones. · Lead the development and enhancement of innovative learning experiences including micro-learning, scenario-based content, including the “Case of the Month” initiative, based on identified RWA learning needs. · Support the preparation and delivery of learning programs and workshops with practitioners, ensuring high-quality participant experience and effective coordination. · Design and administer structured survey instruments and contribute to learning analytics by synthesizing participant feedback into actionable summaries. · Undertake additional assignments and provide back-up support functions as required by the Head of EIJ Client Services.
