The Project Manager will support data center facilities development from planning and design coordination through construction, commissioning readiness, and handover. Working closely with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors, you will manage project controls, documentation, risks, schedules, and delivery dependencies across multiple workstreams.
This is an ideal opportunity for a project professional with experience in data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, facilities, construction, industrial projects, or other high-availability environments. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing fast-paced projects with complex stakeholder and technical interfaces.
Support end-to-end delivery of data center facilities development, expansion, and fit-out projects in Indonesia.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and specialist vendors across MEP, controls/BMS, fire and life safety, security, civil/structural, and fit-out scopes.
Track project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and decisions.
Prepare weekly project updates, action trackers, risk registers, and stakeholder reports.
Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, design reviews, inspection records, meeting minutes, and closeout registers.
Support site inspections, quality processes, ITPs, NCRs, punch lists, and corrective-action tracking.
Coordinate commissioning readiness and handover activities, including test documentation, as-builts, O&M manuals, training records, and turnover packages.
Assist with scope, schedule, and change management, including variations, progress claims, and delivery commitments.
Build effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and relevant authorities.
Travel within Indonesia and regionally as required, up to 20%.
