In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement strategies supported by data analytics, metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Analyze manufacturing, operational, and field performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations
  • Extract, transform, and analyze large datasets to support business and quality objectives
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, key performance indicators, and scalable analytics solutions
  • Lead root cause investigations and support corrective and preventive actions through structured problem-solving approaches
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and collaborate across functions to address quality challenges and support product development initiatives
  • Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Apply statistical analysis and modeling techniques to improve process capability, reliability, and product performance
  • Support audit activities through data-driven insights and validation of improvement actions
  • Contribute to the development of reusable datasets, reporting frameworks, and analytics processes that enable long-term business value
