Job Summary

The Quantitative & Risk Analytics (QRA) team at Barings is seeking a Senior Associate to support ESG analysis for Barings public and private portfolios.   • Ability to work functionally with data and code, such as Python, SQL, PowerBI, Excel or comparable tools, to analyse data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ESG concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Demonstrated judgment, intellectual curiosity, ownership mindset, and ability to independently drive analysis from problem definition through stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications
