You will do: * Design and develop AI/ML capabilities for Ericsson products, including intelligent automation, operational analytics and GenAI-powered solutions. * Apply AI to improve software engineering productivity through automation, knowledge management and developer-assistance solutions. * Drive innovation from concept through deployment, transforming research ideas into production-ready capabilities. * Provide technical leadership in AI/ML, influencing product strategy, architecture and technology direction. * Collaborate with product management, architects and engineering teams to identify and realise AI-driven business opportunities. You will bring: * Experience 7 to 10 Years. * Strong software engineering experience, preferably in Python and cloud-native environments. * Solid understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and data-driven systems. * Experience building scalable applications, APIs and distributed systems. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle ambiguous challenges. * Excellent communication, collaboration and technical leadership skills.
