We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Compensation – Continental Europe F/H to join our regional Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and coordination of compensation policies across multiple European countries. You will work closely with HR, business leaders, and global stakeholders, contributing to strategic projects and ensuring consistency and compliance across the region. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate the annual salary and bonus review process across 14 European countries - Manage timelines, data collection, system configuration, and reporting - Partner with local HR teams to ensure smooth execution and budget oversight - Evaluate and map roles using the Mercer IPE methodology - Maintain job catalogues and salary structures - Monitor and manage workforce and compensation datasets - Conduct market benchmarking using surveys (Mercer, Willis Towers Watson, Aon Radford) - Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders - Support compliance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive - Contribute to regional and global compensation projects

Experience & Education
