Job Description:

About the Role & Team

Overall Purpose of the Role

The DTC team in EMEA is responsible for the day to day operation of Disney+ across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, specifically focused on marketing, customer acquisition and retention, partnerships, content programming, research and analytics.

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Disney+ Analytics & Insights EMEA team on a fixed-term basis, based in London. Working as part of the Content Analytics team, this role will be focused on delivering timely insights to inform initiatives across Disney+ EMEA, utilising our vast wealth of data to discover opportunities to optimise our content proposition to best meet the needs of our customers. The team focuses on all aspects of engagement with the service, including performance of key titles, consumption of the Disney+ catalogue, content merchandising, and engagement with new and existing product features.

Using your analytical experience and expertise, you will be contributing to growing knowledge of what best resonates with our customers, and with your storytelling expertise, collaborating with key business partners to bring those insights to life.

The role will deliver best-in-class analysis of our content and product performance, and leverage top class analytical skills, excellent communication skills, laser-sharp attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and support needs of business stakeholders.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

Values

You’ll join a team grounded in our Disney values — acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

Areas of Reonsibility

  • Present crystal clear results with insights, related implications and actions to a variety of stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations to monitor key metrics and provide regular updates on content and engagement performance to stakeholders
  • Support training of teams to adopt self-serve and interpret data insights, encouraging a data-led decision-making mindset
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and creating new ones, acknowledging opportunities when automatable scalable solutions are required and when one off analytics is best placed
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the wider Analytics and business teams (Programming, Product, Content Marketing) at regional and global level, to align on key priorities and targets
  • Closely manage requests coming through, liaising with stakeholders to deliver analysis in a timely, manageable manner
