Senior Analyst, Corporate Treasury

Overview:
The Cross Border Services (XBS) Treasury team is responsible for managing global Treasury activities of XBS product, including foreign exchange risk management, foreign exchange trading, cash and liquidity management.
The Role:
We are currently seeking for a Senior Analyst to support the Director of Cash and Liquidity management on strategic product initiatives. The Senior Analyst role is instrumental in designing, implementing and execution of cash and liquidity strategies, Treasury operations and internal controls to support rapidly evolving global payments business.
The ideal candidate combines strong treasury operations expertise with project management and process improvement experience, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Controllers), and external stakeholders (banks, vendors, regulators).

Responsibilities for this role include:
• Design, maintain and document Treasury operations procedures to support new strategic business initiatives and programs
• Ensure treasury operations comply with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
• Monitor daily cash positions, funding requirements to ensure efficient utilization of working capital
• Manage and enhance cash positioning and forecasting models to optimize working capital and 24/7 payment flows
• Execute daily funding wires for BAU operations
• Identify opportunities to automate funding activities
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver strategic initiatives
• Lead UAT and PVT testing of new Treasury systems and payment portals

All About You
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity management, settlement processes, and cash forecasting.
• Experience supporting large scale cross-functional projects, treasury transformations, or system implementations.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
