About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant. The role is essential to BOS’s shift toward an AI‑first, agentic Front Line Monitoring model, with LLMs and unstructured data analytics at the core. The role enables scalable use of LLMs, NLP, and agentic workflows to extract risk signals from qualitative data and reduce manual, judgment‑heavy processes. It provides the senior technical ownership needed to ensure explainable, auditable, and production‑ready AI adoption. Without this role, BOS faces delivery risk to its AI modernization agenda and delayed realization of signal‑quality and productivity gains already identified as strategic priorities
In this role, you will:
Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors
Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs
Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements
Lead or participate on large cross group projects
Mentor less experienced staff
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Required Qualifications:
