  • You collaborate closely with business stakeholders, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Data Engineers, translating complex business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
  • You take technical ownership of workstreams or project modules, ensuring successful delivery while acting as a technical mentor and sparring partner for your colleagues.
  • Through your strong communication and consulting skills, you advise clients as a trusted partner, facilitate workshops and present technical solutions in a clear and business-oriented way.

Who you are

  • You have several years of hands-on experience in Analytics Engineering and data modelling on modern cloud data platforms. You know how to translate business requirements into sustainable analytical data models that create measurable value for our clients.
  • You have extensive experience working with dbt (dbt Core and/or dbt Cloud) and have successfully designed, implemented and further developed analytics engineering solutions across multiple client projects.
  • You have a strong command of dimensional data modelling (Kimball Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) and solid experience designing and implementing modern ELT and data transformation architectures.

  • You take ownership of technical solution designs, advise clients as a trusted technical partner and support your colleagues as a mentor and technical sparring partner.
  • You are able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and business stakeholders in German (C1) and English.
  • You are willing to travel occasionally to client sites.
