The Senior Associate - Business Analyst– Agentic AI plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high‑priority AI‑driven initiatives across the organisation. This role is responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, assessing impacts, defining outcomes, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goals—particularly within the rapidly evolving domain of Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Associate - Business Analystworks closely with Group functions, the Agentic AI Project Team, Value Enablement, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to ensure solutions are well understood, appropriately prioritised, and successfully implemented. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while focusing on sustainable, long-term value rather than short-term fixes.
Business Analysis & Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for business projects requiring US&I IT and AI enablement.
- Lead the analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Elicit, document, and maintain clear, concise, and high‑quality requirements using appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Define and agree measurable outcomes with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic and operational objectives.
- Manage and prioritise a backlog of requirements to support timely, well‑sequenced delivery.
Solution Design & Delivery Support
- Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into feasible and valuable AI‑driven solutions.
- Support solution design by validating assumptions, clarifying requirements, and ensuring business readiness.
- Participate in testing phases, including test planning, acceptance criteria definition, and defect triage.
- Evaluate business impact and ensure that implemented solutions deliver the intended benefits.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Build strong, trusted relationships across business units, Group functions, and IT delivery teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to gather insights and drive clarity.
- Communicate complex ideas and analysis in a clear and engaging way to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Provide updates on project progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
Change & Continuous Improvement
- Support change management, training, and adoption activities related to new AI features and capabilities.
- Promote sustainable solutions over tactical workarounds, reducing long‑term operational risk.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in business analysis practices, tools, and processes.
Flexibility & Business Continuity
- Demonstrate flexibility, including occasional out‑of‑hours work to meet critical deadlines or provide business continuity support when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Information Technology.
- 3 to 5 years of exp.
- Familiarity with AI concepts, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of data‑driven decision making and AI solution design.
- Exposure to process mapping, automation, or digital transformation programmes
Essential (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, able to break down complex challenges into clear components.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proven client‑focused approach and experience delivering solutions that meet user needs.
- Ability to work independently as a self‑starter, with strong work ethic and accountability.
- Effective time management skills, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Collaborative and inclusive approach; confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in fast‑changing environments.
- Experience supporting testing activities and validating solution outcomes.
- Competent IT user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and enthusiasm for new technology.
