About the Opportunity
The Senior Business Analyst role provides critical insights into current operations and enables the delivery of strategic initiatives. As a trusted advisor and problem-solver, the Business Analyst works across business and technical teams to analyse processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of effective, value-driven solutions. Through strong stakeholder collaboration and business context expertise, the role drives operational efficiency, reduces risk, and fosters continuous improvement
- Business Analysis: Lead the elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of complex business and stakeholder requirements across strategic initiatives and programs of work. Provide expert advice and evidence-based recommendations to support business decision-making, solution design, and organisational objectives, while developing high-quality business analysis artefacts that align with organisational standards and governance requirements. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, workshops, and negotiations to build alignment, resolve competing priorities, and drive successful outcomes. Lead the assessment of business impacts, risks, dependencies, and solution options to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business value and customer benefits. Support development and testing activities through requirements clarification, acceptance criteria definition, and business user acceptance testing, while acting as the lead Business Analysis representative on large, complex, or high-risk initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management and communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, delivery teams, subject matter experts, and end users to ensure solutions are practical, valuable, and successfully implemented. Design and facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities to gather information, build alignment, and support informed decision-making, while fostering strong relationships and ensuring stakeholder needs are understood and addressed throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Quality, Timeliness and Governance: Provide regular updates to key project stakeholders on the progress of activities, ensuring accurate reporting against timelines, project milestones, risks, and dependencies. Maintain the integrity of project information by ensuring project management systems, records, and reporting tools are accurate, current, and aligned with governance and reporting requirements.
About You
