Position Summary
UpSlope is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to develop analytical, dashboard, visualization, GeoAI, and decision-support capabilities supporting the Army GIS–Real Property mission.


The position will convert GIS and Real Property information into actionable dashboards, web-map analytics, trend analyses, anomaly identification, and leadership-level decision-support products.


Primary Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise BI dashboards, reports, metrics, and decision-support products.
- Design and maintain Power BI or comparable dynamic visualizations.
- Analyze GIS, Real Property, inspection, inventory, measurement, and alignment datasets.
- Develop analytical approaches for detecting data anomalies, trends, and outliers.
- Support GeoAI-enabled analytical use cases.
- Support development of the GIS-RP Business Rules Dashboard and related visualization tools.
- Integrate and structure multiple data sources for repeatable analysis.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and analytical QA.
- Develop KPIs and metrics supporting enterprise and installation-level analysis.
- Translate analytical findings into clear, decision-ready technical products.
- Coordinate with GIS specialists, Real Property analysts, software QA personnel, and Government stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business intelligence, computer science, information systems, GIS, statistics,    mathematics, engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated senior-level business intelligence or data-analytics experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing enterprise dashboards and analytical visualizations.
- Strong Power BI or comparable BI-platform experience.
- Demonstrated experience integrating, cleansing, validating, and analyzing multiple data sources.
- Experience developing KPIs, metrics, trend analyses, and decision-support products.
- Experience working with GIS or geospatial data.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings for technical and non-technical Government audiences.


Preferred Qualifications
- Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, or ArcGIS Enterprise experience.
- Federal or DoD GIS/data-analytics experience.
- Army Real Property or IGI&S experience.
- AIGP experience.
- GeoAI, machine learning, anomaly-detection, or outlier-analysis experience.
- Python and/or SQL.
- Tableau experience in addition to Power BI.
- Experience combining geospatial and enterprise business data.
- RPIM/RPUID or Real Property business-rule experience.
- Experience developing Government executive dashboards and recurring analytical reports.
