What the day will look like In the role of a Lead Climate & Catastrophe Risk Analyst, you will provide climate and natural catastrophe risk insights. These insights help organizations understand and manage risk better. You will work closely with consultants, engineers, brokers, and global partners while using industry-leading tools and data solutions. You will: Support the preparation of assessments and reports related to climate and natural catastrophe hazards Analyze and handle data used in risk modeling and reporting activities Collaborate with engineering, broking, and consulting teams across EMEA and globally Help improves digital tools, reporting templates, and analytical processes Act as a key user of internal systems and contribute to process optimization initiatives Share knowledge, provide mentorship, and support the development of junior colleagues How this opportunity is different This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of climate risk, data analytics, and insurance within a global organization. Skills and experience that will lead to success Degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Data Science, Business Analytics, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, with equivalent experience also considered Experience working with data analysis, risk modeling, analytics tools, or similar technical solutions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for handling data Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international environment Proficient English language skills; additional European languages are a plus Experience within insurance, risk consulting, climate risk, catastrophe modeling, or engineering environments would be an advantage.
