  • Analyze pharmacy claims, member, client, drug, formulary, rebate, network, provider, clinical, operational, and financial datasets to identify risks, opportunities, trends, and decision points.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned business domains, datasets, metrics, reporting processes, and data dependencies.
  • Advise stakeholders on metric definitions, data interpretation, analytical trade-offs, appropriate methodology, assumptions, limitations, and recommended actions.
  • Develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and analytical deliverables used by business stakeholders and leadership.

  • Investigate complex data quality issues, reconcile outputs across systems, identify root causes, and recommend durable process or data improvements.
