About the Role: We are seeking a strategic Senior Data Analyst to act as a thought leader on our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive expertise in quantitative analysis, data strategy, and data storytelling to architect and deliver high-impact analytics that shape business strategy and drive executive-level decisions. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams, translating ambiguous business challenges into a clear analytics roadmap. You will own complex analytical initiatives from end-to-end, setting the standard for rigor and quality. This role is critical for not only answering the company’s most challenging questions but also for mentoring a team of analysts and fostering a data-first culture. Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnership & Influence: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert consultation and data-driven recommendations to influence the business roadmap. Excel at translating complex analytical outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for an executive audience. End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the most complex, high-visibility analytics projects, often with ambiguous requirements and cross-functional dependencies. Define the scope, methodology, and success criteria for large-scale analytical initiatives. Mentorship & Team Leadership: Lead and mentor more junior data analysts, providing technical guidance, coaching on analytical best practices, and fostering their professional growth. Champion a culture of high-quality work, intellectual curiosity, and accountability.
