You will work as part of a collaborative data team while serving as the analytical point of contact for your stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive real decisions.

  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, proactively identifying analytical needs, communicating findings in clear and compelling ways, and influencing decisions at the leadership level.
  • Serve as a resource and informal mentor to junior team members, sharing expertise in analytical methods, data best practices, and stakeholder communication to continuously elevate the team’s capabilities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong analytical instincts with the technical skills to back them up. You can access, transform, and model data independently and know how to turn ambiguous questions into structured analysis.
  • A natural communicator and business partner. You don’t just produce analysis, you influence decisions. You’re comfortable presenting to leadership and translating technical findings into clear business narratives.
  • Curious and self-directed. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, can operate with ambiguity, and take ownership from question to recommendation without needing heavy direction.
  • A team builder at heart. You take pride in sharing knowledge, raising the bar for those around you, and contributing to a data culture where good decisions are the norm.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in a senior analytics role. Prior experience in the ecommerce or retail industry (e.g., DTC apparel, fashion, or consumer goods) is a plus.
