Primary Responsibilities:

• Apply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to translate business questions into analytical approaches and clear insights
• Analyze complex, multi-source healthcare data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement across cost, quality, and growth
• Synthesize findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations with a solid 'so what' and quantified business impact
• Partner with stakeholders in a matrixed COE environment to shape problem statements, align on priorities, and drive adoption of insights
• Communicate insights through compelling storytelling tailored to executive and operational audiences
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization
• Support end-to-end analytical delivery, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development (as applicable), and results interpretation
• Collaborate with data engineering and data platform teams to ensure data availability, quality, and usability for analytics use cases
• Contribute to development of reusable analytical assets, frameworks, and best practices that scale impact across the COE
• Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned to business context, with clear assumptions and limitations
• Continuously improve analytic approaches, streamline processes, and reduce low-value or redundant work
• Support the development of data-driven decision making by educating stakeholders and promoting evidence-based practices
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Degree in analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or data-driven problem solving
• Experience working with large, complex datasets including data extraction, transformation, and analysis (SQL, Python, or similar tools)
• Experience translating data into insights and recommendations for business or operational stakeholders
• Experience communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Proven solid analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify key drivers

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in healthcare analytics (claims, financial, or operational data)
• Experience building dashboards or data products (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience identifying and quantifying business impact (ROI, cost savings, revenue growth)
• Exposure to cloud-based data and analytics platforms (Azure, Databricks, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of recommendations
• Proven solid storytelling and presentation skills, particularly for executive audiences
• Proven desire to continuously learn, challenge assumptions, and improve how analytics drives business outcomes
