We're looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Platform team at Nclusion. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for turning data into actionable insights for our partner teams. You'll help build and evolve the business intelligence foundation that enables Nclusion to better understand and empower underserved communities by translating complex data into clear answers about what tools and services our customers need to thrive. You'll be analyzing data, maintaining and improving dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, data-driven answers. As a key member of our growing data team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how teams across the company leverage data to work more efficiently and effectively, bringing your expertise to influence our data strategy and best practices.
This role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.

  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypothesis and influence feature prioritization.

What You Bring to the Table


  • 7+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role
  • Proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and subqueries.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated with a bias toward action and continuous learning
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work
  • Eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders
