Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise database environments, especially involving Oracle RDBMS 19c
- Lead database performance tuning, capacity planning, and high-availability configuration activities.
- Develop and govern database schemas, database standards, policies, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior DBAs on database administration techniques and best practices.
- Lead database migration, upgrade, and consolidation projects.
- Work on actively improving database quality.
- Create various scripts focused on various database fixes and maintenance operations
- Implement and maintain advanced database security controls, including encryption, auditing, and access management.
- Provide expert database guidance to development and architecture teams.
- Execute various environment (data) replications, including validations.
- Conduct archiving and restoring to hot and cold storage.
- Perform data exchange, ETL, and data integration.
- Other duties as assigned.
