Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data products supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operational analytics. Develop robust ETL/ELT frameworks to ingest, transform, and deliver data from a wide range of enterprise and manufacturing systems.
Integrate data from manufacturing and business systems, including MES, SCADA, Historian, ERP, laboratory, equipment, and quality systems. Support Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing initiatives through advanced data integration and analytics capabilities. Identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements from complex engineering and operational datasets.
Act as a subject matter expert for data engineering and modern data platform technologies. Mentor and support engineers, analysts, and data professionals across the organisation. Drive adoption of industry best practices and emerging technologies.

  • Establish engineering standards, development practices, monitoring frameworks, and deployment processes.
  • Influence platform architecture and design decisions that support analytics, machine learning, and AI use cases.
  • Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to ensure secure and compliant platform operations.

Enable Data-Driven Manufacturing


  • Integrate data from manufacturing and business systems, including MES, SCADA, Historian, ERP, laboratory, equipment, and quality systems.
  • Support Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing initiatives through advanced data integration and analytics capabilities.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements from complex engineering and operational datasets.
  • Build trusted data foundations that enable reporting, advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI solutions.


Deliver Strategic Projects


  • Lead multiple concurrent projects from concept through deployment.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, IT, and business teams across multiple global regions.
  • Translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions that deliver measurable value.


Provide Technical Leadership
