Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Data Engineer to join our team. We value ambition, intelligence, and the ability to learn quickly over specific experience in our stack. Core Duties

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data pipelines and integrations from internal and external data sources and other technologies as needed.
  • Build and optimize scalable ETL/ELT processes supporting operational and analytical workloads.
  • Develop and maintain data warehouse, data lake, and cloud-based data solutions.
  • Create efficient data models to support business intelligence, self-service analytics, and predictive modeling.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and security through established best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and technical direction of the software products.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in data engineering, software engineering, analytics engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
