We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help us build and scale our data platform from the ground up.

This role is highly impactful: you’ll be working on core platform initiatives from day one, shaping how data is ingested, stored, processed, and consumed across the company.

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help us build and scale our data platform from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in designing and implementing modern data architectures, including data lakes, lakehouses, and streaming pipelines, that will power critical business use cases such as AI, real-time analytics, reporting, reconciliations, and fraud detection.

This role is highly impactful: you’ll be working on core platform initiatives from day one, shaping how data is ingested, stored, processed, and consumed across the company.


What you can expect:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data lakes and lakehouses, with a strong focus on Apache Iceberg and AWS-native services (S3, Glue, Lake Formation, Athena).
  • Develop streaming and batch data pipelines to handle large-scale, high-velocity data from multiple sources.
  • Build out our real-time ingestion layer using Kafka (or similar), ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Optimize and maintain AWS-based infrastructure, including Redshift and surrounding services.
