We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement scalable data platforms, data pipelines, data models, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments. This role combines data engineering, analytics, and hands-on customer collaboration.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data platforms, data pipelines, and integrations in Microsoft Fabric and Azure environments.
- Build Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and other enterprise data solutions, ensuring their performance, maintainability, and production readiness.
- Model, transform, and refine data for reporting, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
- Develop data models, semantic models, and data structures that support Power BI and other analytics solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, translating business data, analytics, and AI requirements into effective technical solutions.
What we expect from you:
- Several years of experience working with Microsoft-based data warehousing, Lakehouse, or analytics solutions.
- A consultative approach when working with customers and stakeholders.
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
Considered an advantage:
- Experience with Python and PySpark.
- Experience with DevOps, Git, and CI/CD practices.
- Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Engineer, or Power BI certifications.
