- Experience building AI-enabled data solutions and working with LLM/Agent architectures - Solid expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and dimensional data modelling - Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Cloud platform experience, preferably in Microsoft Azure - Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes - Healthcare domain expertise with knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulated environments

Position in this function designs and delivers modern data and AI platforms leveraging Snowflake, DBT, Semantic Modeling, and Snowflake Cortex AI capabilities. Build scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare data solutions that power analytics, decision intelligence, and AI-driven applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement enterprise-scale data warehouse and ELT/ETL solutions using Snowflake, SQL, and Python
- Build AI-powered solutions using Snowflake Cortex AI, including Cortex Analyst, Cortex Search, Cortex Agents, and AI Functions
- Develop and maintain DBT transformations, Semantic Models, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines
- Contribute to data governance practices including RBAC, data security, privacy controls, and compliance
- Take part in architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and drive engineering best practices
- Partner with business and product teams to deliver high-impact analytics and AI solutions
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Fulltime graduation degree in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, or Analytics Engineering
- Hands-on experience with DBT, Semantic Layer design, and CI/CD implementations
- Experience building AI-enabled data solutions and working with LLM/Agent architectures
- Solid expertise in Snowflake, SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, and dimensional data modelling
- Proven technical leadership and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on technology leader who can bridge Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Governance, and AI Agent Architecture to deliver next-generation healthcare data and AI solutions
- Experience with REST API integrations
- Cloud platform experience, preferably in Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Healthcare domain expertise with knowledge of data privacy, compliance, and regulated environments
