  • Design, build, and maintain automated, config-driven ETL workflows, using tools like Snowflake and AWS Glue, to enable repeatable, high-quality data ingestion at scale
  • Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across the data pipeline - from ingestion and transformation through orchestration and system configuration - and drive durable fixes rather than one-off patches
  • Own the weekly data delivery cycle for a portfolio of customers, proactively resolving issues to keep deliveries on time and error-free, and define the monitoring and alerting that keeps them that way
  • Identify recurring manual work in the implementation and delivery process - including manual trigger steps - and lead the effort to automate it, establishing reusable patterns and standards that improve scalability across the team
  • Mentor Data Implementation Engineers, review their work, and contribute to implementation best practices, documentation, and onboarding
  • Partner with Engineering and Business Acceleration to feed customer and pipeline learnings back into the product and delivery roadmap
  • Uphold and help shape data security and privacy protocols in line with industry standards

  • Deep experience with APIs and integration framework
  • Hands-on experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow) and config-driven/declarative pipeline systems (e.g., dbt), with experience designing these systems being a strong asset
  • Proven track record of leading complex implementations or data migrations from discovery through delivery
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset, with demonstrated success owning ambiguous technical problems directly with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, able to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders, including at the executive level
