Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Build and maintain sales activity dashboards and report to track pipeline, bookings, and deal performance
- Develop scalable data models to support forecasting and performance insights
- Partner with Sales Finance to ensure data consistency across SFDC and financial systems
Pricing & Deal Analytics
- Support pricing strategy development, including pricebooks, discount analysis, and deal economics
- Analyze deal trends to improve pricing discipline and revenue optimization
- Provide insights to leadership on pricing performance, margin, and competitive positioning
Operations & Process Development
- Design and implement scalable sales operations processes and workflows
- Drive data standardization and improve data quality across systems (e.g., SFDC, reporting tools)
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline manual processes
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Identify system gaps and partner with IT to develop scalable process and tool improvements.
- Automate data flows and reporting to increase operational efficiency.
- Drive cross‑functional projects that require both technical depth and business acumen.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, structured manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance along with programing experience
- 10–12 years of combined experience in data business analysis, FP&A, product operations, or similar roles blending Finance and Sales Operation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and analytics tools.
