Job description
At Coram AI, we’re reimagining video security for the modern world. Our cloud-native platform uses computer vision and AI to help businesses stay safe, make smarter decisions, and move faster; from real-time alerts to seamless clip sharing and multi-site visibility.
You’ll be joining an ambitious, fast-moving team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. Every person here has a voice, ships meaningful work, and helps shape how AI can make the world safer and more connected.
The Role:
This role owns the path from quote to signature to cash. You are the single point of control on every deal that is not a straight-through sale: you check the quote, you hold the discount line, you route the approval, you chase the paperwork, and you hand a clean, correct order to billing. Today that work is spread across the CEO, the Head of Finance and sales leadership. You will take it.
Responsibilities:
Own commercial approvals on deals under $100K.
Create and manage a tiered approval matrix and run weekly exception logs.
Drive contract paperwork, tracking open redlines and coordinating with outside counsel.
Own the security review process end to end.
Manage SLED procurement mechanics, including vendor registrations, W-9s, insurance certificates, and bid responses.
Oversee the handoff from closed-won deals into billing, including order form and PO reconciliation.
Scale responsibilities over time to cover enterprise deals, procurement portals, and vendor onboarding.
Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years in deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations or order management at a B2B company selling into the United States
Direct experience owning quote construction and discount approvals, not only quote administration
Working fluency with a CRM and a quoting or CPQ system, HubSpot preferred, and comfort configuring rules rather than filing tickets to have them configured
Experience with the order-to-cash cycle from invoice through collection (preferred but not required)
What we offer:
💰 Competitive compensation
🤝 Equity in a rapidly growing company
⚕️ 100% company-paid health Insurance for you and your loved ones.
🏆 Referral bonuses
