As the Senior Digital Analytics Manager, you'll lead the strategy, governance and delivery of digital analytics and data across our web and app platforms. Reporting to the Head of Personalisation and leading the Digital Analytics Manager, you'll ensure the digital platforms, personalised experiences and A/B tests are accurately measured, while turning customer behaviour and conversion data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You'll also oversee TLC's Adobe ecosystem, enabling trusted reporting, data activation and 1:1 personalisation at scale.
What you’ll do

Define and execute the analytics strategy, frameworks and roadmap that support business objectives and enhance customer outcomes.
Lead, coach and develop a high-performing analytics team, ensuring consistent delivery and operational excellence.
Own the governance, integrity and optimisation of TLC's Adobe ecosystem, delivering trusted data, reporting and audience activation.
What you’ll bring
5+ years' experience in digital analytics, customer analytics or personalisation within a digital, eCommerce or customer-focused environment.
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing analytics teams and driving delivery excellence.
Strong expertise across Digital Analytics & Data systems including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, CDP’s), A/B Testing & Personalisation software and broader MarTech platforms.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex customer and digital performance data into actionable insights, experimentation and business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
