A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Human Resources reports, dashboards, analytics products, and self-service solutions that are actionable, visually effective, and appropriate for multiple audience levels.

  • Evaluate, design, and implement new Human Resources data capabilities, including advanced data processing, workflow automation, artificial intelligence-assisted reporting, and intelligent data interaction solutions.

  • Build and optimize scalable data pipelines, automated workflows, and integration patterns that reduce manual effort, improve reliability, and expand capacity for higher-value analytics.

  • Strengthen data governance by defining standards, identifying data quality gaps, recommending remediation strategies, and supporting processes that protect data integrity over time.

  • Introduce and operationalize new data sources, including Prism Analytics and multi-source Human Resources data, to broaden analytical capabilities and enable richer workforce insights.

  • Provide senior-level support for complex or escalated report errors, Prism integration issues, data discrepancies, and cross-system reporting challenges requiring deeper investigation.

  • Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor for analyst-level team members by providing guidance on root cause analysis, configuration, solution design, and technical capability development.

  • Partner with Human Resources, Information Technology, integration, automation, finance, vendor, and business stakeholders to align data solutions with business needs, communicate project status and risks, and support sustainable delivery.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources data, Human Resources information systems, people analytics, or a related function designing, building, and supporting Human Resources reporting, analytics, data workflows, or technology-enabled data solutions.

  • Advanced Workday Reporting experience, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, Prism Analytics, Studio, and Discovery Boards.

  • Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI, including data modeling, Data Analysis Expressions, and visualization design for operational and executive audiences.

  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar tools used for automation, advanced data processing, pipeline construction, or lakehouse architecture.

  • Working knowledge of artificial intelligence-assisted workflows, conversational analytics, data governance frameworks, data lineage, and Human Resources data quality practices.

  • Demonstrated success translating ambiguous business needs into structured analytical solutions, influencing without authority, managing cross-functional initiatives, and driving solutions from concept through implementation.
