GMB Team is seeking qualified candidate for the following position based in Bogotá, Colombia.

We will count on you to:

Assists the US & Canada Global Benefits Management Team team as Senior International Consulting Analyst: Client work, Benefits strategy management, Operational and Project Management, Stakeholder management and Innovation

  • Support medium and large client accounts with accurate and timely data analysis.
  • Assist with renewals, client retention efforts, and the follow-up of risks and issues.
  • Contribute to benefits strategy by understanding the client’s philosophy and supporting its definition.
  • Manage recurring deliverables, ensuring technical accuracy and client readiness.
  • Participate in stewardship and business review meetings by providing analytical input.
  • Keep information accurate and up to date in the systems used across MMB Multinational.
  • Take ownership of project tasks and support data analysis for different initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate required information clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Suggest process improvements and apply updated knowledge to enhance the client experience.

What you need to have:

  • New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers.

  • Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably in areas of Benefits

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office—Word, Excel (Advanced), and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Power BI

  • English language fluency
