In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Turn campaign and customer data into insights, trends, and recommendations that help marketing teams make better decisions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and measurement frameworks that make campaign performance easy to understand and act on.
- Work with Marketing & Commercial Excellence, Digital Intelligence, IT, and other teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Help strengthen data quality, governance, and campaign measurement while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate recurring work.
- Explore AI, automation, and emerging analytics technologies to improve how we analyze data and deliver insights.
- Communicate findings clearly, develop best practices and documentation, and help stakeholders get more value from campaign data.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems or other similar course with strong analytics background
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, digital analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry, tracking, and analysis.
- Strong data storytelling and data visualization skills.
- Strong quantitative skills and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Digital Marketing B2B knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, and other similar digital analytics tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Permission Marketing tools like Eloqua is a plus.
