Job description
As the Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Analytics, you will play a key leadership role in driving data-informed decision making across the organization. This role will provide strategic ownership of the Club’s CRM and business intelligence initiatives, leveraging customer, ticketing, attendance, marketing, and operational data to identify opportunities for revenue growth, improved fan engagement, and organizational efficiency. The Senior Manager will help lead the development and execution of the Club’s data strategy, establish scalable analytical processes and reporting capabilities, and partner with leaders across other departments to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
A successful candidate will be excited to tackle data initiatives daily, develop user interfaces and visualizations that are streamlined and insightful, and balance independent work with a healthy dose of collaboration across several departments.
