  • Oversee period-end scheduling, reporting tools and dashboards, ensuring that outputs remain aligned with organisational and management-reporting needs.
  • Improve ways of working across the finance systems landscape, resolving data-feed issues and helping users adopt consistent, controlled practices.
  • Partner closely with Commercial Procurement, IT and Digital Commerce Finance teams and the PMO.
  • Manage direct / indirect reports to optimise their performance and oversee their development, both as individuals and as a team.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • A professionally qualified accountant, such as CIMA, ACA, ACCA or an equivalent international qualification.
  • Practical experience working with SAP and BPC environments, including consolidation, reporting, period-end close and access management.
  • Experience supporting finance systems within an international listed organisation or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
  • An effective communicator who can explain technical subjects clearly, build trusted relationships and offer constructive challenge.
  • A collaborative leader with the ability to balance operational delivery, control requirements and longer-term improvement priorities.
