Support decision‑making through reliable operational and management insights. • Strategic Business Partnering - Serve as the senior functional interface between Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance internal stakeholders and external Oracle system integrators and vendors. Lead business workshops, solution design sessions, and validation reviews. Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable Oracle Fusion solutions. Provide functional leadership without direct line management responsibilities. • Operations, Releases & Compliance - Contribute to production support for SCM, analytics and financial solutions, operating within an ITSM framework (incident, problem, and change management).
