Partner with Marketing leaders to define success metrics, measurement plans, and key performance indicators for campaigns, channels, and strategic initiatives. Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis OR equivalent experience. 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Experience partnering with Marketing leaders to define measurement strategies, evaluate performance, and drive data-informed decision making. Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and reporting solutions that enable strategic decision making. Advanced SQL and/or Python skills with experience analyzing large-scale customer, player, marketing, or digital engagement datasets. Experience analyzing and interpreting performance data across paid media, lifecycle marketing, CRM, web analytics, or other digital marketing channels. Experience translating complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences. Experience applying AI-enabled analytics, automation, or self-service reporting capabilities to improve insight generation and data accessibility. Passion for games, player experiences, and data-informed decision making.
