Key Responsibilities

Administration

  • Strategic Data Advocacy: Champion a data-first culture across the organization, ensuring business users understand the value of treating master data as a strategic corporate asset.

Data Lifecycle Operations & Project Management

  • Bulk Data & ETL: Manage complex mass updates, routine data migrations, and supplier data integrations utilizing advanced scripting, system import tools, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) principles.

  • Proactive Cleansing: Lead bulk remediation/deduplication efforts to maintain a lean, highly accurate PLM database.

  • Archiving Strategies: Establishes and executes global data retention and archiving protocols to maintain peak system performance while meeting legal and regulatory audit requirements.

  • Project Execution: Manage and execute project plans for new PLM module implementations or major data initiatives. Lead cross-functional core meetings and consistently deliver complex MDM architectures and system enhancements on schedule.

  • Process Alignment: Solve complex historical data translation challenges and cross-system master data alignment issues between competing departments.

  • Change Advocacy: Drive user adoption of new data governance procedures. Overcome resistance in risk-averse environments by guiding users through global process shifts and updating SOPs to reflect systemic digital controls.
