·  Coordinate legacy decommissioning following successful migration.

Stakeholder & Dependency Management

·  Act as the central coordination point across MSD Services, EDP/Corporate IT and technical teams.

·  Manage cross-team dependencies, decisions, risks and escalations.

·  Facilitate planning sessions, delivery reviews and steering meetings.

·  Provide clear and concise status reporting to senior leadership.

·  Ensure business continuity and stakeholder requirements are considered throughout migration.

Operational Transition

·  Ensure operational readiness is incorporated into migration planning.

·  Coordinate documentation, runbooks and knowledge transfer.

·  Manage handover to the long-term Run & Maintain / DevOps organization.

·  Ensure appropriate support and monitoring arrangements are established before go-live.
