Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement of BI platforms
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align BI solutions with broader IT architecture
Support innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven analytics where applicable
What we’re looking for:
8+ years of relevant experience in SAP BI / Data environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong experience with SAP BW on HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP ABAP, SQL, Business Objects, and Power BI
Exposure to AI and automation within data or BI environments is a plus
Solid understanding of ERP systems and distributed architectures
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a complex environment
Ability to influence stakeholders and guide technical decisions
