· Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, testing, and operations of our platform.
· Our managers deliver results while simultaneously investing in each team member's career and working skill set. Video domain-specific skills can be learned on the job.
· Our managers stay involved in our technology, employ clear and concise communication, maintain high standards, and infuse our teams with energy and desire to achieve customer-focused results. He or she will be expected to apply a mix of creativity, rigor, and pragmatics.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
· Excellent analytical skills
· 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
· Expert knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, C, or C++

· Strong background in C#/C++/Java, and SQL.
