Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Loyalty Analytics Analyst to lead data-driven insights for our CRM & loyalty program. You will own the analytics function for loyalty, turning complex customer, transaction, and engagement data into strategic recommendations that boost retention, increase lifetime value, and maximize program ROI. This is a high-impact senior role where your expertise will directly shape loyalty strategy. 

What You'll Do:

  • Development and optimization of advanced SQL queries and data models to extract, transform, and analyze large volumes of loyalty, transactional, subscription, and behavioral data from multiple sources. 

  • Design, build, and maintain self-served Power BI dashboards and reports using advanced DAX, star-schema modeling, and performance optimization techniques to track key loyalty metrics such as retention/churn, customer lifetime value (CLV), segment performance, redemption rates, campaign ROI, and tier effectiveness. 

  • Conduct in-depth Ad Hoc analysis about customer segmentation, cohort evaluation, behavioral deep-dives, and program performance to identify opportunities and risks. 

  • Support end-to-end loyalty analytics: evaluate marketing campaigns effectiveness and provide clear, actionable recommendations to the loyalty and Marketing teams. 

  • Partner closely with Product, Finance, and Executive teams to translate insights into prioritized business strategies and roadmaps. 

  • Present compelling, executive-ready insights and storytelling dashboards/Presentations to senior leadership. 

Let's Talk About You:

  • Advanced SQL expertise – highly proficient with complex queries (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning, and optimization) on large-scale datasets. 

  • Expert-level Power BI proficiency is a must – strong command of DAX, data modeling, row-level security, custom visuals, and Power BI Service governance. 

  • Previous experience with loyalty programs – proven track record analyzing loyalty initiatives (points, tiers, rewards, redemption, retention mechanics). 

  • 5+ years of hands-on analytics experience, preferably in loyalty, CRM, customer retention, or related domains. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. 

  • Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executive audiences.

Salary Range:

$73,000.00 - $102,000.00 / year
