Overview As a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Data Analytics, you will build data, analytics, and AI solutions grounded in supply chain processes across planning, customer service, customer supply chain, procurement, and operations. You will develop trusted data products, analytical models, and AI-enabled capabilities that turn complex business questions into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on technical role that combines analytical problem-solving, supply chain business knowledge, and solution development. You will work closely with your manager and business partners to frame problems, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver reliable, maintainable products that create measurable supply chain value.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand their processes and decision points, identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype solutions, and drive adoption of analytics and AI products that deliver measurable business outcomes. Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Build AI and analytics solutions that evaluate supply chain performance, identify trends and root causes, and improve decision-making across planning, customer service, customer supply chain, procurement, and operations.
  • Develop AI-enabled capabilities including Genie Agents, conversational analytics, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and other agentic workflows that increase user productivity and accelerate decision-making.
  • Engineer and maintain data foundations, reusable data models, metric views, and analytics-ready datasets using Databricks, SQL, Python, and semantic assets that support analytics, AI, and application development.

  • Proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, aggregations, and query optimization.
  • Experience building ETL/ELT workflows, reusable datasets, or data products using SQL, Python, or similar tools in Azure cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau/Looker including data modeling, semantic models, DAX, and report/dashboard development
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Working knowledge of core supply chain processes such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently on technical deliverables with minimal oversight

 

Preferred:

  • Experience with Databricks and Azure data services
  • Familiarity with analytics engineering practices such as VS Code, medallion architecture, or version-controlled transformation workflows
  • Exposure to machine learning or operationalizing data science outputs into production
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude to accelerate technical work
  • Experience working in international matrix organizations
  • Supply chain or CPG domain experience across planning, customer service, transportation, or operations
