Uber Freight is a fast growing business and you would be partnering closely with business unit leads and finance leadership at Uber Freight to lead key strategic projects that drive growth on our platform.  What You'll Do  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead the consolidation of disparate financial data sources across all Business Units into a single, unified P&L, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and granular drill-down capabilities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with Data Engineering to build robust, automated data pipelines and validation frameworks that serve as the single source of truth for financial metrics.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and implement a unified data strategy across Transportation Management, Brokerage, and other BUs, aligning data definitions, business logic, and reporting standards.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for ELT, preparing high-impact read-outs that drive strategic decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain scalable financial models, breaking down complex structures into granular subcomponents for comprehensive forecasting and analysis.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and cross-functional resource requirements to solve the most pressing data and financial priorities.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Takes ownership of projects from conception to completion, demonstrating strong initiative and drive </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Innovate - we will push the boundaries beyond what we have done in the past.
