Partner closely with Product Managers and business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions, influence backlog prioritisation, and deliver measurable business value.
Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models, enabling intuitive self-service reporting and supporting data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Contribute to the evolution of our cloud analytics platform, helping modernise existing data products, improve scalability and performance, and support Redcare's ongoing Microsoft Fabric journey.
Champion analytics best practices, mentor fellow analysts, share technical knowledge, and contribute to innovative initiatives including AI-assisted analytics and self-service capabilities.
